Many people know Patisserie Tanger for its delicate pastries. Our story also includes a visit to television: Saloua Manqad appeared on Kabel eins’ “Abenteuer Leben täglich”.

Moroccan cooking meets a Rhineland stew

In “Hoffmann gegen den Rest der Welt – Marokko”, Saloua competed against Dirk Hoffmann. Her lamb tagine with dried fruit and almonds met his lamb and sliced green bean stew. Fernsehserien.de records the German television premiere as 28 April 2015.

A personal chapter in our story

The appearance is one of the special milestones in our patisserie’s history. It offers a savoury view of Moroccan cooking and reflects the pleasure of sharing culinary knowledge.
