Payment and delivery
The following conditions apply. Goods are delivered worldwide.
Shipping costs
Prices include statutory VAT.
Deliveries within Germany
Shipping costs depend on the order value, including VAT:
- Order value up to €44.99: €6.90 shipping.
- Orders of €45.00 or more after discounts: free shipping.
Deliveries abroad
For EU countries outside Germany, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, shipping costs depend on shipping weight, regardless of order value. Packaging is included.
EU countries outside Germany
- Up to 2 kg: €16.99
- Over 2 kg and up to 5 kg: €19.99
- Over 5 kg and up to 10 kg: €25.99
- Over 10 kg and up to 20 kg: €32.99
Switzerland and the United Kingdom
- Up to 2 kg: €21.99
- Over 2 kg and up to 5 kg: €29.49
- Over 5 kg and up to 10 kg: €38.49
- Over 10 kg and up to 20 kg: €53.49

Other international destinations
For other international destinations available at checkout, the current flat shipping rate is €19.99. The shipping methods and costs available for your address are displayed before you complete the order.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is stated in the individual offer, goods are delivered within Germany in 4–6 working days and abroad in 8–10 working days after the contract is concluded. Where advance payment is agreed, the period starts when you issue your payment instruction.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If you order items with different delivery times, they are sent together unless we agree otherwise with you. In that case, the longest delivery time among the ordered items applies.
