How do I order regular pastries?
Choose a product in the online shop, select a weight or quantity where applicable, and add it to your basket. You can review your order there before proceeding to checkout.
Can I order a custom creation directly in the shop?
Special designs and custom selections are discussed personally first. Use the relevant occasion page or our personalised pastry page. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order.
Can I change an order that’s in progress?
Contact us with your order number and the change you’d like to make. Whether we can still make the change depends on the order’s current processing stage and will be discussed with you.
How do I arrange collection?
Contact us in advance with your planned order or order number and preferred date. Collection is arranged personally.
